Vee Blenders combine the efficient blending process of a rotating inclined cylinder with the intermeshing action that occurs when two inclined cylinders combine their flow.

Our Blenders are available with Pin Bar Agitators and Liquid Feed Agitator Bars and are used in a wide variety of industries including laboratory equipment used for chemicals, plastics, ceramics, metallurgical, pharmaceutical and food.

This motor Mounted Air Brake allows for smoother stopping of the Blender, resulting in less shock loading on the drive train.

A lever actuated Butterfly Discharge Valve is standard. Pneumatic actuators are available as in following figure.

An air actuated Butterfly Discharge Valve allows for remote actuation of the Valve for automated charging and discharging of the Blender.

An Internal Pin Bar Agitator is available to break up agglomerates in the powder. The Bar is operated with a second motor and runs at approximately 1700 fpm.

Where it is necessary to add a liquid to the powder, this high speed Liquid Feed Agitator Bar is used to bring the liquid through the center line of the bar and out through the circular discs where the liquid is disbursed into a mist by the four pair of bars bolted to the outside diameter of the discs.
