Our Blenders are built to suit your specifications and can be furnished with motor mounted air brakes, manual or pneumatic butterfly discharge valves and with discharge clearances to suit your needs.

This Motor Mounted Air Brake allows for smoother stopping of the Blender, resulting in less shock loading on the drive train.

Gear and Pinion Drive with Air Brake. Gear and pinion drives are generally used on Blenders requiring larger horsepower motors.

A lever actuated Butterfly Discharge Valve is standard. Pneumatic actuators are available in the following figure.

An air actuated Butterfly Discharge Valve allows for remote actuation of the Valve for automated charging and discharging of the Blender.
